These are the rules that we use to operate Formby Festival in order to to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.

In these Terms & Conditions:
Event refers to any of the activities taking place at Duke Street Park as part of Formby Festival;
The Promoter, we, us and our refers to Formby Festival Ltd and any associated promoter of the Event;
You and your refers to you as the patron/visitor/guest.

1 We reserve the right to refuse admission.
2 Merseyside Police has the right to refuse admission to the entire Event site.
3 Search is a condition of entry to the Event. You agree to being searched during the festival.

4 We do not accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at the Event. Personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.

5 By attending the Event, you give your express consent to be photographed and videoed for security reasons.
6 By attending the Event, you agree that you may be included in photos or videos that are taken to visually document the event or to promote future events run by us. Copyright will be owned by the Promoter without payment or compensation.
7 Unauthorised professional video or sound recording is not allowed. We may confiscate and/or destroy unauthorised recordings.

8 We may change the published bill and/or running times without notification. This includes, but is not limited to, artists and billed attractions. Entry is for the Event and not a specific artist. Every effort is made to ensure that the full, advertised billed performances and activities take place.

9 Trading is not allowed on site without our consent.

10 Possession or use of Illegal substances is not allowed.
11 Alcoholic drinks brought to the festival are confiscated on entry. There are plenty of bars on site offering competitively priced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

12 We reserve the right to confiscate items on our prohibited list, without being liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items. Prohibited Items: air horns; professional recording equipment; animals other than dogs on leads; BBQs; chinese lanterns; firearms; fireworks; flares; gas canisters/cylinders; glass bottles; glass of any kind; hammers; illegal substances; legal highs; knives; laser pens/laser equipment; smoke canisters; sound systems; and any items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate.

13 Complaints in relation the festival before the event should be made by email to .
14 Complaints during the event should be made immediately to the Duty Manager via a steward.
